Planning Permission (Kebenaran Merancang – KM)
We provide professional Town Planning services for the process of obtaining Planning Permission (KM) or Development Order (DO) approvals.
Social Impact Assessment (SIA)
We provide Social Impact Assessment (SIA) Study as per Department of PLANMalaysia requirements (PPSIA). The SIA Study will identify the potential social impacts followed by strategies to minimize the impacts.
